Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. During busy periods (such as the festive season), processing times may be slightly longer - I'll always keep you updated if this is the case.
Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders are shipped via Evri.
UK Mainland:
- Standard Delivery: £3.99
- FREE shipping on orders over £50
- Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch
European Union:
- Standard Delivery: £13.35
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 working days after dispatch
International (Rest of World):
- Standard Delivery: £23.99
- Estimated delivery: 7-14 working days after dispatch
Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, but I'll do my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
International orders may be subject to customs delays and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey via the Evri tracking system.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at hyggeroomuk@gmail.com and I'll help track it down.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or any safe places your courier may have left it
- Check your Evri tracking for delivery photos or location details
- Contact me within 48 hours so I can investigate with the courier
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please see my Returns & Refunds policy. If your parcel is lost in transit, I'll work with Evri to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
