Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your Hygge Room candle. Each one is hand-poured in small batches with care, but if something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, I do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery so I can help.

To report an issue, email me at hyggeroomuk@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please don't dispose of the item until I've had a chance to review the issue. I'll let you know whether the item needs to be returned or if I can arrange a replacement without return.

Refunds & Replacements

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, I'll offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, including original postage

This will be arranged once the issue has been confirmed.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method and may take a few additional days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

I'm unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow candle care instructions
  • Normal variations in appearance, as each candle is handmade
  • Sale or discounted items

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If you need to cancel an order, please contact me at hyggeroomuk@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to refuse delivery or return it under the conditions above.
